I am writing to share my experiences about having the new bathtub installation, tile installation on the wall near the bathtub area, pipe leaking issues. Monsoon plumbing, Robert, and the tile technician, Orlando has demonstrated their professional work. They arrived on time, and finished their work which quicker than the original plan. One of the impressive incident is when the tile technician, Orlando found out there was water leakage in the bathroom while he was putting the tile on the wall. He reported to Robert, and then Robert came out at once to explore the causes of water leakage. Robert fixed the pipe at once. Another great work is the drywall technician, Hugo. My husband and myself likes his work a lot. We have never seen such a great drywall technician. He spent time to fix the dry wall and patch 3 layers in different time on the wall. Every 15 minutes, he came back and put another layer of the patch on the wall. Later, he swept the floor. In terms of work quality, Robert wrote down 1 year warranty for the bathtub installation, and we appreciate this kind of promise. Honesty, punctuality, and professional knowledge are vital for any work. Also, considering customer's need and expenditure are vital. I recommend this company Teresa

Robert was fantastic. He was quick to respond and was available the same week to get the job done swiftly. He showed up early and installed our RO system within a couple hours. We were missing an adapter so he went out to the hardware store himself to find something compatible. Once installation was complete he answered the few questions I had and left his card in case anything else came up. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will be calling him for future jobs. He demo’d our tubs, and marble walls... he installed a new tub and created a shower drain. He also installed new faucets and raised the valves! Great job!

Robert performed excellent work in my home. He replaced my bathtub, changed the valve and re-centered the pipes. He installed a new kitchen sink faucet, a garbage disposal, and new bathroom sink faucet, and the shower and bathtub hardware. He also reinstalled my toilet after the tile crew finished. I highly recommend Robert for all plumbing work. He is professional and always puts the customer first. He is also very meticulous with his work. Thank you again Robert!
