Morgan was a pleasure to talk with on the phone - she quickly found a specialist in my area for the same day. Alex came within about an hour after I called him. Immediately cleared off the stuff that was damaged by water and set up dehumidifier, fan, and applied treatment. Came back on the third day to wrap everything up. The area was completely dry and ready for drywall repair. It was a pleasure working with Alex. I would definitely hire them again. The price was very reasonable.

Super responsive and thorough. Had a small water issue and they jumped right on it within hours. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. Left drying equipment in house overnight and picked up the next day. If the tech was representative of the company's overall performance, it's a very good company.

Our pricing follows the insurance standards and guidlines which is controlled and sanctioned by the insurance industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Specializing in advanced drying and dehumidification techniques. Adams' equipment and techniques can dry most structures in 3-4 days.
The dryout consisit of setting up equipment, dryout, removal of contaminated materials, and ongoing monitoriing. We also work closely with your insurance company to help minimize any out of pocket costs.

Technicians go through training, and ensure we are following industry standards.
