This small family owned company really pulled it together for me. I wanted an uncommon color and product. They put a great deal of effort into making it happen. Alex and his team came in and did exactly what we agreed upon and more. Once we agreed on the scope and price they were onsite when they said they would be. They took care of some extra missing tiles and wood trim without making a big deal about it. I did half a roof and will be calling him to come out and do the rest later. Thanks Guys 👍

Thanks Alex for the great work. I have had the roof replacement on the to-do list for over a year. Alex came in just under the last estimate and he promised no surprises (extra costs). I explained that I wanted to have the house repainted once the roof was replaced. Alex coordinated that as well. I started my week with a rough looking roof and faded house. I ended my week with a fresh roof, fresh house paint, and fresh pool decking! You can find me relaxing stress free this weekend sitting by the pool with a cool beverage in hand!

We had a leak in our garage roof and are grateful to have found AWM Roofing. At the end of the very rainy month of August when demand for roof repair was high, Alex was able to fit our repair work in on short notice. In addition, we needed to get two shutters painted above the garage roof to satisfy our HOA. I preferred to not do the painting myself because the tile roof on the garage has a fairly steep pitch. I called a few painting companies who were very disinterested in such a small job. Alex said that he could help us with the painting on the same day. Alex is very personable and easy to work with. He responded quickly and confirmed the day before what time his crew would be there. They were there on time and were very efficient (they were also respectful of the noise level as this was in the early morning hours). His crew also fixed a slipping tile in another section. The new roof looks great and so do the shutters! Thank you Alex - we know who to contact for any future roof issues!
