I contacted Terry and he came out to my house the very next day to diagnose what was going on with my pool equipment. The system was not staying pressurized and the vacuum was not working properly. He was extremely thorough and researched the most common causes. He gave me a ballpark in cost and was able to fix the issues same day! He even found a nail stuck in the vacuum and replaced the broken parts and seals. My pool equipment is back running as it should be finally after trying to diagnose the problem myself for a long time. He is reasonable in his pricing and I would definitely use his services in the future if needed.

These guys were great. They were here and fixed a broken pool pump pvc pipe the next day and did a great job. Their price was half what other companies estimated.

Super impressed with RNT Pools! My Hayward salt cell was leaking badly and needed the union pieces on each end replaced. I messaged them letting them know the issue and parts needed. Tracy got back to me right away and set a time for service the next day. He stayed in touch with his ETA, arrived with new parts in hand and made the repair within an hour. Pool is back up and running in time for the weekend! Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Tracy was awesome! He set himself apart from any other worker that we’ve worked with during our house renovation. He was responsive, showed up on time, and took his time with us. Tracy educated us on our pool equipment, cleaning it, and chemicals and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I definitely will be using Tracy for all my pool needs in the future
