He showed up over an hour late and put in a replacement part that doesn’t match the finish, he did not disclose at any time that part he was using was not a matching finish and when I realized it afterwards and asked him to address it in a timely fashion he did not respond and I’m still waiting. Unprofessional behavior and runs interference when asked to correct the problem. Terrible service and deceptive business practices.

You failed to mention that I gave you a two hour arrival window that you were ok with. You failed to mention that you were right there for the whole project micro managing, you failed to mention that you were in a hurry for the repair . The part I provided which is the only thing that was available at the current store at that time of night. I replied to your message , apologized two times for your lapse in judgement and gave you the expectation that any part may not match the original. I cannot guarantee that. What I can show is that the unit was operational when I left and that you did not have a problem with anything until I would not respond to your attempts to bully me. You did not like that response but there was nothing deceptive about anything except the review you are leaving but I will share my messages asking to return and provide me with a day. I said the new part would take 2 days . How is that not helping ? Because I did not answer the message when you wanted to? I have a life and many other responsibilities besides worrying about the color of your lamp after you approved and paid for the service . I no longer feel I can safely complete your request due to the messages you have sent. I cannot satisfy everyone and again apologize for your experience
