- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote a flat rate fee whenever possible and my clients will confirm I stand by my quotes no matter what happens or how long the job takes. Standard rate is $50 an hour for business services. Residential service is usually quoted as a flat rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former Cisco Engineer where I worked with enterprise clients around the world. 8 years experience in web design, networking, system administration and computer repair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you get all of the options. Alot of professionals will only provide the options they are familiar with. I will give you every option available and help you decide what best fits your needs.
