The photos turned out great, and I really appreciated how professional and considerate he was throughout the entire process. Karl was also very punctual—he arrived right on time, exactly as scheduled. He was incredibly patient and understanding when my cleaners needed a little more time to finish setting up the backyard games. Instead of rushing or becoming frustrated, he was flexible and adjusted his work while they continued setting everything up. He is professional, patient, punctual, accommodating, and offers very reasonable prices. I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. Thank you so much, Karl, for doing such a great job! Monique was great - super responsive and easy to work with. Photos were of excellent quality and artistic composition. So happy we have lovely photos to remember our wedding day. I was expecting to wait at least a month to get them back but received them within a couple weeks! I highly recommend Digital Creative. Monique was professional but friendly, super creative, and was great at guiding us to get the best photos. She’s based in Phoenix but was willing to travel up to Flagstaff for us at an affordable price even with the extra mileage cost. We love our photos so much :)
