Work was good but communication could have been a lot better. Advertised $65 per hour but actually charged $100 minimum plus a fee per item when I had light switches replaced. I paid for the supplies. He did do a pickup when my tenant wouldn't.

Hello barbara, I agree that communication could have been better, and updating the project pricing during the job would have been the best approach—instead of providing the total at the very end after being instructed to walk with your tenant and replace everything. While we advertise a rate of $65 per hour, we quote per project. The original quote was $100 for assessment and replacing one light switch; however, the scope expanded to include 13 light switches, a microwave diagnostic and repair, and two Home Depot runs. All of this was completed at a heavily discounted total price of $300. I will definitely take this experience into consideration moving forward to ensure clearer communication throughout a project. The tenants were a delight to work with. Thank you.

I have a 2002 xterra 4x4 that I've had upgraded suspension parts for a while but didn't have the time or place to do it myself. Found kingdom works and josh was able to come out and give me a very fair quote for labor to install. He was able to get everything done in my work parking lot! Really cool to be able to drive my vehicle in to work and take it home transformed. Not only was josh professional but he felt like an old friend from the moment I met him. Trust means everything when it comes to working on your vehicle and josh is as trustworthy as they come

Excellent service, honest quality work , had some repairs done at my house and a water heater installed , and some amazing yard work with pavers and a fire pit complete with hand rails and everything . Also had some work done on my car , Very happy with the service and I would hire him again no questions asked . No need to look anywhere else .

If you want fixed right, call someone else ! He will not follow through and turn it around to be customers fault. He is defensive, and chavonnistic. Takes your money and doesn't care about job completed correctly. If you use him be warned, he wil take money give you zero in return except having to call a real professional to have it fixed correctly. save your money!

As discussed 1/17/26 , my service was for disassembly, diagnosis, and temporary reassembly while awaiting parts(eta 1/22/26). The dryer was operational at the time of departure and you observed it functioning. I clearly advised that the epoxy repair required a full 24 hours to cure and was a temporary fix. You later informed me the unit was used(1.5hrs later) multiple times prior to that curing period. Because the unit was operated against instructions and new issues were reported afterward that were not present or part of the original service call, I am unable to accept responsibility for the subsequent failure. demanding repairs the same night and next day 1/18/26 without parts is unreasonable. I wish you the best with the repair moving forward.
