- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $4 per pane. This includes inside and outside cleaning, I brush out the tracks and wipe the sills. I also brush and wipe the screens. I do add an additional $1 for each sunscreen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is to speak with them over the phone and get their pertinent information and set up a time to either estimate the job or schedule the cleaning. Either way I always let them know my price before I begin the actual cleaning. I traditionally start on the inside and then progress to the outside. Once finished we finalize our respective parts of the deal. If there are any issues I run into I discuss those with the customer and explain them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of training with other window cleaners and many years on my own.
