- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest and transparent pricing. We provide quotes upfront, so there are no surprises. Our prices are competitive and fair for the quality of work we deliver. We don’t upsell or push unnecessary services. In some cases, we offer discounts for repeat customers or for larger projects — just ask! Every situation is different, so we’re happy to explain everything clearly before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen carefully to understand the problem. Then we schedule a convenient time and arrive promptly. We inspect the issue, explain the solution clearly, and provide an upfront price. Once approved, we get to work and make sure everything is clean before we leave. Our goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed plumbers with years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial plumbing. We’ve completed formal plumbing training and continue to stay updated on the latest tools and codes to ensure every job is done right and up to standard.
