⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service! 10 Stars If I Could Give Them!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! From start to finish, Sione went above and beyond in every possible way.
I had accidentally purchased a toilet that was too tall, and instead of making me figure it out myself or treating it like an inconvenience, he actually went to Home Depot with me to exchange it for the correct one. I was genuinely blown away by his willingness to help. He never complained once. Not even a little. He was smiling, incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and kind the entire time.
The quality of his work was excellent, but what really stood out to me was his attitude and customer service. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely effortless. You can tell that he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure his customers are taken care of.
And when the job was finished, he didn’t just leave the bathroom with a new toilet and call it a day. He took care of all the garbage and cleanup, and he left my bathroom looking absolutely perfect and spotless. That level of care and attention to detail is rare these days.
I am incredibly grateful for the time, patience, professionalism, and kindness he showed me. He went far beyond what I expected, and I truly appreciate it more than I can put into words.
If you’re looking for a plumber, LOOK NO FURTHER. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone. Exceptional workmanship, exceptional professionalism, and most importantly, an exceptional human being.
Thank you so much for everything! You absolutely earned every one of these five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can’t say enough good things about Sione! I was in a jam after my landlord attempted to replace my toilet, but it wasn’t installed correctly. Once the toilet was lifted, we discovered quite a bit of damage underneath as well.
Sione was incredibly responsive and was able to help me right away. He quickly figured out what was wrong, clearly explained what needed to be repaired, and even helped explain everything to my landlord so we could get it taken care of properly and quickly. He even put my bidet back on!
Everything is perfect now, and even the smell that had been lingering in my bathroom is completely gone! I’m so thankful Sione was knowledgeable, thorough, and knew how to fix everything the right way instead of just putting a temporary fix on it.
He was friendly, fast, responsive, professional, and thorough. I’m so glad I found someone I can trust. We’ll absolutely be using Sione for all of our future plumbing needs.
Thank you so much! Nikki & Garrison

Such a great experience! He was friendly, punctual, and professional from start to finish. He installed our new bathroom vanity and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He had such a calm, reassuring presence, which I really appreciated, especially when everything happens at once with a remodel. He took his time, made sure everything was done correctly, and left everything looking great. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again for future plumbing projects!
