I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! From start to finish, Sione went above and beyond in every possible way.
I had accidentally purchased a toilet that was too tall, and instead of making me figure it out myself or treating it like an inconvenience, he actually went to Home Depot with me to exchange it for the correct one. I was genuinely blown away by his willingness to help. He never complained once. Not even a little. He was smiling, incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and kind the entire time.
The quality of his work was excellent, but what really stood out to me was his attitude and customer service. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely effortless. You can tell that he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure his customers are taken care of.
And when the job was finished, he didn’t just leave the bathroom with a new toilet and call it a day. He took care of all the garbage and cleanup, and he left my bathroom looking absolutely perfect and spotless. That level of care and attention to detail is rare these days.
I am incredibly grateful for the time, patience, professionalism, and kindness he showed me. He went far beyond what I expected, and I truly appreciate it more than I can put into words.

Sione did an outstanding job clearing out a stubborn clog in my bathroom sink.
