- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All pools are different and I prefer to see the pool or the damaged equipment before giving a firm quote on service or repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of The Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, Inc. (IPSSA) my education and training is ongoing. I have relationships with many of the product representatives who are valuable in my ability to provide the best products and services for my customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Pool service has been a family business for several years and in the past 20 months I have started my own business. I have a large network of pool professionals that are available to support me when needed.
