FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I'm sure to ask specifics about their idea of what the end result will look like. I don't want to have too much information presented so as not to bog down, but obviously don't want to omit information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in virtual assistance in 2001 after the birth of my youngest child. I was able to get reports processed and submitted in a timely fashion while staying home to care for my family.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with auto parts groups to compile sales from multiply shops to present to insurance companies. I've also had years of experience in brick & mortar offices as office manager, database administrator, and many other tasks including daily proofing of receiving & costs.
