- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before any pricing is given, the situation is assessed in full and multiple options are given in order to best fit the customers needs. Pricing is a flat-rate price factoring in the cost of job/materials, the expected time to complete, and the warranty for the work provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each new customer we look to get to the root cause of each issue. More often than not the problem at hand has underlying causes that have contributed to the issue. We fix the main area of concern while also offering options for the root cause.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience has come through years of plumbing, apprenticeship programs, and specialized courses to further develop skills to better assist customers concerns and problems.
