- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rite Way charges not by the hour but by the job - that way we can give you a firm price before the work begins, that will not change. No surprises or hidden fees. We often have seasonal specials offers as well as discounted membership pricing - be sure to ask when you call!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on understanding the problem before giving a solution or a price estimate. Because we see so many variations in homes, plumbing ,electrical and HVAC systems, and because we give a firm, will-not-change price, we prefer to visit your home to give you an estimate. In many cases our well trained team will have the parts on their truck to get started immediately or very quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire high integrity individuals only, who have experience. We then train them up to Rite Way levels of skill and customer service.
