BG Custom Homes does custom home designs as well as residential remodels and additions. I have been doing architecture in Arizona since 1995. I have worked for several firms in the valley throughout the years doing commercial, residential, and multi-family projects and have had my own custom home design business since 2010. I do projects in Phoenix and the cities around it. I also do projects in Payson, Pine, Strawberry, Happy Jack, and Show low area. I do all types and sizes of projects like casitas, garages, cabins, ADU's, & new houses. I have experience doing smaller or standard size houses up to multi-million dollar custom homes. I also can do or provide 3D models of residential projects. I use Autocad or Chief Architect to produce my plans depending on the project scope and needs. I provide a thorough & detailed set of plans and make it a point to provide more information and a better set of construction documents than the majority of people doing residential plans. Most of the plans that I see out there from other designers are very minimal and do not have all the required information in the plans to get built properly. I make it a point to go above and beyond with my plans and information in them than most. I take pride in my work and the quality of my plan sets.
