Starting with our first phone call, this has been an outstanding experience. We met Mike and his wife Deb at their show room on a Saturday morning, to kind of get a feel for the company. Mario, their estimator/salesman had already came over and we felt good after meeting him, but we just wanted a little more reassurance. As it turns out, this is one super well run company. After setting up a date to begin the project, picking out colors, etc, it was just sit back and let Elegant do what they do best. Finally the start date arrived and we met Felipe, whose crew would perform the modifications. After going over the particulars, the project suddenly started looking real. First came the demo, then the rough in. This was day one!New shower valve, pee trap, and roughing out the nitches in the shower. Day two saw the wall board and waterproofing go in. When the waterproofing dried, tile immediately stated happening. The tile installed Ricardo asked us for our input on every thing he did. He said he wanted it to be 'our dream', which it is now. Btw, dat 2 was NYE, and Ricardo worked until 4 PM, even though it was a holiday.Day three saw the bench built up, tile finished being laid on the bench walls and nitches, and Ricardo also installed new vanity faucets , and grab bars for us,Saturday, Ricardo came in and finished the project. As he left, he hand washed all the hallways, doors, EVERYWHERE with a sponge and clean water. Then picked up EVERY SMALL SCAP, and washed our courtyard spotless.I cant stress how everything we asked for was done with respect and care. Our dream hall bath, though modest, transformed an existing tub and shower to a very functional custom shower! Thanks again to Mike, Deb, Mario, Felipe, and especially the installer Ricardo! GREAT JOB!

I am extremely elated with the quality of work and level of professionalism displayed when I hired Elegant Bath and Remodel to renovate my shower in Im my master bath . I was completely at ease from my first phone call with Mike D . Mike immediately assigned Andrew T. as my design consultant the next day . The execution of this project exceeded all my expectations!! Andrew ensured everything went smoothly throughout the design process and took the time out of his schedule repeatedly to meet up with us at Floor & Decor to pick out the perfect stone for our shower, returning on his own time to verify the availability/ dimensions of the stone and return with samples so we could verify the natural coloring / shading within the stone prior to moving forward with the remodel. Jerry and his team ( the gentleman he works with were an absolute pleasure to have in my home, polite and experts in their field) did an incredible job with the construction and finalization of the project, creating minimal disruption and disturbance. I highly recommend Mike D., Andrew, Jerry and the team at Elegant Bath and Remodel and I will be using them again for my guest bath .. thank you againfor an amazing job !

Alison, thank you so much for the incredibly kind review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
It’s great to hear that you felt comfortable right from the first call. This is always our goal. Andrew truly goes above and beyond when it comes to design and making sure every detail is just right, and I know he’ll really appreciate your shout-out. The time he spent with you and double-checking everything is exactly how he approaches every project.
Jerry and his crew will also be thrilled to hear this. They take a lot of pride in their work and in being respectful guests in our customers’ homes, so it means a lot to hear that reflected in your experience.
Thank you again for trusting us with your master bath and for the recommendation. We’d love to work with you again when you’re ready for the guest bath!
