Great experience and when my order had to be put on hold for 8 weeks for a windowinstall, they were able to flex and when installed the shutters did not disappoint! Beautiful window coverings that have transformed my rooms!!

Renee and her team did an awesome job installing my wood shutters and motorized roller shades. The products are fantastic at a very reasonable price. And as an added bonus, this is a female-owned business. I would definitely use AKP again.

We recently chose Renee and AKP for our Shutters, and we cannot be happier. From time of estimate to having the shutters installed was about 4 weeks. The shutters function great and look even better.
We had 2 of our louvers break the day after they installed, but AKP came out immediately and replaced the louvers. They also double checked all working parts for quality assurance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very clear, we don't start adding other "junk" fees after we agree on the total price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A team member of AKP Shutters and Blinds will contact our future client and schedule one of our sales managers to visit their home for our no charge design appointment.
Our in-house installation team will complete the installation and we'll add another happy client to our list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of the owners, sales staff and installation teams are certified in multiple window coverings brands including ISO and ANSI certificates.
