Vika gave me a breif plan of our future workouts and them started shoving me exercises and how to use the equipement. She explained different details as what muscles should be working and what was the right posture for every exercise. For the fist time a fitness trainer was asking me how I felt during every kind of work out. This helped me adjust my body to move correctly so the exercise would actually work for me and wouldn't hurt me. Eventually we decided to not work in a gym with equipement, but continue with the adjusted workout via Zoom. And this worked perfectrly. I didn't have to waste time for travel. Thanks to our first training in the gym I was able to go on with the work out in the comfort of my home. Victoria was very attentive and corrected me if it was needed. When new types of worout were introduced it was easy to grasp them, Vika's explanations were very detailed. We worked out twice a week, some weeks just once because of my flu and my other comitements. Vika also helped me with my diet. As a result in 7 weeks I lost 11 pounds without much effort.
