- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, fair pricing. Our diagnostic fee is waived if you choose to move forward with repairs during the same visit. We also proudly offer discounts for military members, first responders, and senior citizens. Just let us know at the time of service so we can apply the savings for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the first call to completed service, we aim to make the process smooth and straightforward. We’re a paperless company, so we do ask for an email address to ensure you receive your estimate, repair options, and receipts promptly. Our technician will walk you through any findings and answer all your questions so you feel confident in the work being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are EPA certified and receive ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest HVAC technologies, systems, and repair methods. This ensures we’re always ready to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable service — no matter the job.
