Chef Rich catered a post wedding "Survivors Brunch" for me. He was easy to work with, checked in ahead of time, and followed up after the event. The food was amazing! There were many, many compliments. I highly recommend his business.

My GVP asked me to find a caterer to host an event at her home and I found Chef Evans. He provided a bbq meal for 35 people and it was delicious. We had bbq pork, chicken, two salads, 2 side dishes and dessert. He communicated well with me, delivered on time, set up and provided everything we needed. I'm so happy I found him. I was so pleased that I booked him to cater my daughter's wedding in May. Thank you Chef!

Chef Evans was a true pleasure to work with. He catered our annual party of 35 guests with a great BBQ selections including appetizers, sides, salad and dessert. He set up a 1/2 before the party and made sure that I had everything I needed. He also left me with a huge warming box so that everything stayed hot until the entree was served. Everyone raved about the delicious food. I would definitely recommend Chef Evans most highly and am planning on hiring him again next year for the annual gathering.

Yes, my pricing is on the menus, but every job is unique so the pricing is flexible and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First to build a trust with the customer by communicating clearly, about the service, food quality and pricing, delivery time, my culinary background. Being available for any questions or concerns they may have. I always offer food samples if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the restaurant/ catering business for 30 years. managing corporate and individually owned restaurants as well as chef training. I have trained over 100 cooks and catering chefs through my own business of 20 years.
