- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We provide the labor costs on a case-by-case basis, since different jobs take a different amount of labor. We also have a $0.50 per-mile fuel surcharge, since our emergency response vehicle needs premium fuel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, every three years, if you want to remain up-to-date, you must take the CompTIA A+ Certification exam.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I loved computers since I first began using them. I always took apart my new phones, computers and tablets the day I got them, just to see how they worked. Turns out, I love to fix them too.
