- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of two things.. The time it takes to complete a job and fairness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is vital. If things aren't clear then it'll be hard to give you what you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Engineering and Cyber Security. I've also studied Computer Animation and Graphic Design and have a degree there as well. With that I've been working as a IT Manager / Systems Administrator for the past 20 years. Also serving 20 years as a handyman for both residential and commercial spaces, I've noticed a lot of mistakes that builders have made for whatever reason.. most of the time its due to time constraints. One thing I stand by in all of my work is I prefer Quality over Quantity. I'm sure when it comes to your home, office or technology - you do too.
