- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in culinary arts and restaurant management and have been a chef for 20 years. I have four nationally published cookbooks.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ironically, it wasn't until I had children that I decided to become an instructor. It fit my family's lifestyle and being able to control my own schedule is very important. Baking and cooking have long been a passion of mine, but seeing people learn to take-on a new skill has been powerful beyond words!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly I teach basic baking, cooking, and grilling with a lot of folks who want to eat healthy and live better.
