Introduction: I'm a solution-oriented, brief-treatment therapist who desires to help people help themselves. I like to work myself out of a job because I believe that, generally, people have it within themselves to run their own lives, although there's a learning curve. I enjoy helping people find their own customized plan that utilizes good, solid principles, but allows them the ability to apply those principles so that they work in all kinds of situations.
