Yes! I hold a certification and I am working on obtaining another one. Plus, I research on my own all the time for new developments, new exercises, new techniques, and new information about the human body.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw changes in my own body when I began to seriously workout and I know how important healthy living is. I coupled this with my passion to help others, and voila!
