- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same day service is available in most case for garage door repair and door consultations. Our communication is amazing! With a conformation email and text for your appointment and a phone call when our tech it on the way. If you have schedule an appointment for a future day was also send and text and email reminder the day be for the appointment. Once our technician or estimator arrives, a thorough inspection is completed and a documented report is provided complete with picture. We then present options to fix the problem or doors to consider depending on your needs. Repairs are completed in the same visit in most cases and door install can be completed in as soon as 1-2 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs and installers are employees of MasterCraft. All must complete a rigorous training regiment and must be certified by MasterCraft before performing work for our customers. On going training is conducted monthly and quality checks are performed weekly to ensure we deliver the highest quality services to our customers on every job.
