Pro helped us with part of the request and totally did not help otherwise. He did help us with assembling a bed frame and moving out a sofa bed from room to garage. Our last request was to repair our toilet as the pressure valve had a leak. He did not have the knowledge to work on this type of plumbing. He installed a flapper in our tank which doesnt work with our type of toilet, and he didnt know it wouldn’t work until he had gone to home depot and installed the flapper. He left, taking our sloan flushmate part, saying he would check plumbing shops but he never found any nor did he return our part even after I asked him twice to come back and return it. Would not hire him again due to lack of ownership and lack of knowledge and not being honest to not being knowledgeable about pressure valves.
