Mike was personable and responsive. He was very accommodating to some add on items after we had started the work. Originally we had contracted to install a water heater and a water softener. Along the way, a water main valve needed to be replaced, we added a recirculating pump, several extra outlets, and changing two shower valve cartridges and handles. It was hard work involving running wiring through an insulated garage attic, but his team took the time to get it write. We plan to hire La Familia for several other projects around our house!

Started off as a doggy door install (through wall), and decided to have them take care of a few other projects -- Re-cementing concrete blocks on a fence, adding missing mudcaps to overhangs, fixing driveway pavers that had 'popped' out and were causing a trip hazard, and hanging up 5 curtain rods. They went above and beyond, putting in very long hours to make sure everything got done right. They even improvised and came up with a solution when the doggy door was not long enough to protrude through the exterior wall. Really appreciate all their hard work and look forward to hiring them in the future. Thanks again.

I had a great experience with Mi Familia. They installed a pet door (through the wall) for me. The pet door needed to be modified to fit my wall and they did this without fuss and they did not even try and charge extra for the unforeseen work.
