I wish I took before and after pictures after the flood in the kitchen but he repaired everything so we'll you couldn't even tell. He never cared if my animals came to check out what he was doing no matter how hard i tried to keep them away they were drawn to him. I'm so thankful he was about to get everything taken care of right before Thanksgiving.

Billy was an extraordinary find on Thumbtack. I hired him for several jobs over the past 13 months. He completed great work on all of the miscellaneous jobs and repairs in my home. He is reliable, trustworthy, and honest, as well, which is a rare find these days.

Mr. Riddle showed up about 15 min early and was all set up and ready start the job as i was leaving, by the time I got home from work he had my roof repair completed and was all packed up and it looked like nobody was even there. I've recommended Mr. Riddle to several people now, hopefully they all used his services. Good man great job

thank you Robert it was nothing that a little bit of experience didn't take care of. I like to think and hear "it was as if I wasn't even there!" I look forward to more of these type of projects with you.

I was so pleased to get next day service, especially right before a holiday! Billy responded promptly and came right on time. He worked efficiently at installing a new kitchen faucet, and was a pleasure to meet.

William was hired in May to help me with testing out and replacing drywall inside my rental, which he did do and that part worked out well.
However, In June, I hired him to help me clean up the outside back of my property and prep the yard for building a 3rd unit before the end of 2025, by taking down an old shed, and prepping for two trenches for utilities to be run through the back of my lot.
In return, I offered him to park his bus in the back of my lot while all this work was to be done during the summer months.
Instead, he moved in, fixed up the old shed, brought additional items in, built an in ground outdoor tub, and pavers, brought an abundance of additional items onto my lot, including a deep freezer, and many other random things. He damaged my new shed and new RV gate no longer shuts due to misalignment from his tampering. Here is a picture of all the items he left behind, which I had to pay someone to have hauled out. In addition, I had to pay to replace my gate latches which he damaged, in addition a picture of the damage to my new shed from his bus. Unfortunately, he did not leave on good terms, and took no responsibility for the damage he left behind and the clean up I had to do.

Riddle Repair & Remodel's reply
ahh Lori, now I have a chance to respond . it never ceases to amaze me I've yet to have a customer whom gave a negative review be 100% honest . Lori is correct I did do work for her in satisfactory manner. and she did not trade me rent for repairs I paid her rent in the amount of $125/ week surly her forgetting has to do with her lack of claiming it as income and did complete some repairs out of my generosity. it's called appreciation. where Lori is false (this really surprised me as Lori is a pastor ) I went out of town to do a big job for a friend in Chino valley upon my departure Lori locked me out of the property where I rented . I returned upon my daughters wedding and took some stuff to the dump. I had to cut a lock off to access my belongings then when I returned approx 2 weeks later, Lori informed me if I wanted the belongings I would have to wait almost two months to retrieve them. I had left stuff there as I had no intentions of not continuing to rent from her. it was then I was informed that I canncelled the contract with her. the contract she spoke of was teased aboutin June but neverwas a contract manifested by her. odd as she is a realator. as of this response to her review on 1/17/26 I have filed litigation against Lori for defamation of character and illegal ouster from a landlord. oddly enough her Florida address has proven to be an elusive address to have her served. Lori has made claims I damaged her shed to which she has never told me even how and there was no damage to shed upon my moving in and still is not that I'm aware of.I did however start to rebuild a shed she had planned to tear down it kept a water proof roof over my property and unbeknownst at the time would also be where I was asked to make room for her sons belongings. this is in my opinion why she stated I "cancelled the contract" I believe her son whom she tossed out on the street without notice needed a place to stay. Lori is correct I did leave some stuff behind being limited to specific time frames the only option I had was to leave behind and allow her to deal with. Lori has forgot she referred me to several family members and friends due to the level of pleased she was with my work. I think trying to get some body in which you feel is a payback of some sorts on the platform they make money on is pathetic. especially when the two have nothing to do with each other. it's clear to me my work ethicvand the level of standards I complete work with is not an issue here. and this is not a place one would review a tenant living upon there property. I look forward to a judge making a determination as to whether this review is just and of relevance. time will only tell. thank you Lori I look forward to showing you how my children's mother forced me to learn how to professionally navigate through the courts.ay God continue to bless your every day out side your speaking with the tongue of a serpent.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my hourly rate is $50/hr. After the first the hour charge of $75.00 sometimes people feel this is a lot . I will tell you that it is a lot! alot of work is done in an hour! I've been doing this for approx 24 years. I have come to know to ensure I have gprovided my customer with the cheapest possible avenue to complete there repairs hourly is the best. Alot of other companies are trying to retire from your project I'm just trying please you and leave some money left for the next project you have arise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all my customers the same I schedule with them I give them a text/or call before I head to them. I utilize and app called Glimpse which allows them real time to show where I am so they are not waiting around waisting their valuable time. I book out no more than 14 days in advance as I've come to learn a lot of people forget about the appointment. Of you are for sure of the time frame and it needs to be further booked beyond 14 days I can make exceptions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former roofer and painter by trade! I've run a full service handyman business since 2005. I am well versed on all aspects of home repair remodel. my Facebook page although not updated in awhile due to time constraints will show you alot of my Capabilities and pictures of past projects.
