I contacted Crew and explained the issue I was having with my spa. Fortunately he is very familiar with Balboa spa packs and control panels and he assured me he could solve the problem for me.
While hopeful that he could, I was somewhat skeptical as I'd researched the issue and wasn't able to find a solution anywhere online .
I booked an appt for the following day but unfortunately the job he had scheduled before me ran late and he wasn't going to be able to keep his appt with me.
He notified me as soon as he knew .
Instead of rescheduling me for early next week, became out today, July 4th!
When he arrived, he got right to work and identified the issue almost immediately.
Within minutes, he had the problem sorted out and had my topside controller programmed correctly.
Crew is a very pleasant young man and exudes confidence and professionalism . He is very knowledgeable about spas of all makes and models.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable spa tech to solve their hot tub issues .
