I contacted Fresh Home for roofing work after I had wind damage and a large tree branch fell on the roof. Kevin came over to assess the damage and showed me what I needed to have done. We always try our very best to be honest and fair with our pricing, as well as competitive. We give veteran discounts, as well as a few bundle discounts. We also give a substantial cash discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling an inspection of the property. We provide the customer with an inspection report with recommended work to be performed. We then talk about pricing and payment options. From there we schedule the job with our production team and complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and bonded as a Roofing and General contractor. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are very capable of handling all types of projects.
