- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company is only competing for quality, we want to build the best quality reputation in the business. We may not always be the lowest but we ensure quality care for your possessions. We will guarantee to our customers, NO HIDDEN FEES! Current Rates: $100 or $125 to come out. Based on crew. 2 man Rate: $100 per hr. ( 2 Hour Minimum) 3 man Rate: $125 per hr. (3 Hour Minimum) Additional Men on request. The 2- hour minimum is in effect for all jobs we come out to perform. Our management will provide quotes based on customers disclosure there is value in having management come on site for quote based on inventory. In the event customer neglected to submit appropriate inventory or service quotes could extend but would be discussed at time of additional discussion. Our goal is to keep our neighbors in BUDGET. Look forward to hearing from you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple we answer emails/questions quickly to help you book your moving experience timely. Quotes are based around expected number of hours solely based on customers inventory. Rates are discussed upfront so on move day you know what to expect. Our neighbors in the valley can expect quality customer serve and professionalism.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated professional with 15 years of moving experience, that experience has allowed us create our company focused around being the most EFFICIENT crews. We will not DRAG out your service but we will use our time to PROTECT your posessions. We nderstand TIME is MONEY and we would rather complete your move successfully and quickly to be of service to multiple customers a day.
