Anthony has been a great partner in my fitness journey. He is not just a person that holds you accountable to show up or just work out. He will explain exercises thoroughly, and will constantly provide feedback on how to make them BETTER. He is a keen professional, and also provides great insights as to your overall health and well-being. Also, for your benefit and future use, every session with Anthony is meticulously documented. Look, I don’t *LIKE* working out, but when I am training with Anthony, I feel like my efforts yield results, and that is exactly what I was looking for in a trainer.
