FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent. I typically work on a standard brokerage commission structure, but I’m flexible when it makes sense for both sides—especially for repeat clients, investors with multiple properties, or buyers and sellers who are also using my property management or referral network. I’ll always go over the full fee structure up front (no surprise junk fees), explain exactly what’s included, and show you how my marketing, negotiation, and deal-structuring typically more than pay for themselves in your bottom line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery call or meeting – We talk about your goals: buying, selling, investing, house hacking, 1031 exchange, or long-term portfolio building. Strategy + numbers – I’ll run the right data: CMA (comparative market analysis), rental projections, equity position, or investment pro-forma so you can make decisions with clear numbers. Plan & timeline – We outline next steps: prepping a home for sale, getting pre-approved, identifying target neighborhoods, or structuring an investment strategy. Execution – I handle the details: showings, offers, negotiations, inspections, repairs, lender coordination, title, and closing. After closing – I don’t disappear. I’m available for ongoing questions, future planning, vendor referrals, property management connections, and investment strategy check-ins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA and I’m a Designated Broker/Owner, which means I operate at the highest licensing level for real estate in Arizona. My background combines: Formal business and finance training 20+ years of hands-on real estate sales and investing Ongoing education in contracts, fair housing, negotiations, and investment strategy That mix lets me look at each transaction not just as a sale, but as a business decision that needs to fit your bigger financial picture.
