Mark from Loyalty Home Services just left my house after fixing an ongoing plumbing problem that was misdiagnosed multiple times by other plumbing companies. Typically, American Home Shield assigns a the contractor to respond to a service request. This time I demanded that they not send the same company that had failed to fix the problem before. I am so glad that I did. Rather than the less than 5 minutes that other plumbers had spent dismissing my problem, Mark carefully listened to my description of the intermittent stoppage affecting my kitchen sink. Rather than use only a small, handheld snake, he unclogged the line with a power snake, opening the exterior cap and insuring that water was flowing freely throughout the line. He then carefully repaired the link under the sink as well. I cannot express how relieved I am to finally have this ongoing problem solved.

Len and his team were amazing! We were buying a house from out of state and he was responsive, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. His timeliness was especially crucial in this market where housing is flying off the shelves. When he left town, he had another great agent from his team show us houses.
