Dylan Harden, the sales representative, was incredibly polite, professional, and hardworking. He walked me through every step of the process with patience and clarity, making the whole experience stress-free.The project manager and the crew were equally impressivepunctual, respectful, and very skilled. QR roofing did a great job. Everything was done as they said it would be. All work was finished in one day as promised. Some additional work was needed and was included in original quote. Very professional.
