- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want our customers to know that we are here to help. Many times our services require a visit to the property to properly assess the situation and provide the most accurate estimate to remedy the issue. We offer this service free of charge, but welcome a phone call in order to serve you best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we like to hear about your situation and if we are a good fit to help you remedy the issue. If so, we will gladly provide you a quote over the phone or schedule an on-site, free estimate to assess your issue and do our very best to get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience directly related to the septic and sewer industry. Our owners all grew up in construction and plumbing family businesses and we are proud of what we do. Every employee of our business is a certified septic inspector through NAWT and is qualified to help troubleshoot and correct your particular situation.
