Cannot say enough about this company. Colin and Garrett were both professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, on time, and completely honest and pleasant. We are very pleased with Collin and his team on how well they keep our pool clean. First off I would say to anyone considering using BDP, ignore those less than 5 star reviews that are on his page. Collin’s work ethic, communication and overall work product are exemplary. I have used several “cheaper” pool services in the valley in the past and you get what you pay for. BDP is VERY reasonably priced and the work product in caring for your pool and the excellent customer service is worth every penny of it. Don’t be scared of the contract, after the 12 months are up you simply won’t even think about going with any other company because of how well Collin will take care of your pool. You won’t regret hiring Collin I guarantee it. Highly recommended this service!!

Collin did a fantastic job with the initial clean up. He listened to the concerns I had about my filter not working properly and did his best to diagnose the issue. His pricing is very fair as well.

We document all equipment and take measurements of the pool to calculate the gallonage. All info is saved into our app to ensure high quality service, every visit. Our app automates perfect chemistry based on these variables. Every visit is logged and tracked via app. Clients have access to all current and previous logs online, 24/7.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded, certified and insured. Because we stay on top of these things, manufacturers give us extended warranties on our equipment installations.
