- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Neptune Pools, we are always up-front on pricing and will never charge for longer repair service than estimated. For weekly service, we bill monthly, so you'll have 12 invoices a year. Be aware of other companies that charge every 28 days, totaling 13 invoices a year, ouch!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our new customers, we will perform a full pool inspection to determine what repairs or service is needed. For new weekly customers, we also perform a full pool inspection and bill monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daryl has over 30 years of pool cleaning and repair in the Valley and is CPO Certified. We are also licensed, bonded and insured.
