About
I started this business wanting to provide service treating people how I want to be treated myself. Far too many people in the industry take advantage of the pool owners lack of knowledge to make money on things that the homeowner didn't need. That really upset me so I wanted to be one of the rare companies that actually educates their customers so that they understand what is going one and let them make their decisions themselves the best I can.
I enjoy actually helping people, teaching them about their massive puddle of water and noisy equipment in their backyard. I enjoy turning an ugly old pool into an inviting Oasis that the owner actually wants to use. I enjoy meeting new people and making friends along the way

I just moved to AZ from NJ. Having never owned a pool before, I had no clue what to do when I saw the water turn green. I called a few companies and no one seemed to be able to help me at a short notice. I did not have the option of taking time off from work to wait for someone to show up. I used thumbtack and got a reply back from Damien pretty much the same day. I wanted the pool drained and refilled. He explained clearly what needed to be done, what my options were and what it would cost. Once we agreed on the terms he took care of everything and texted me with the updates and let me know what I needed to do next. The water is no sparkling clean! I didn't have to spend a lot of time calling or waiting for him which was a huge help. This was supposed to be a one time project but since I am happy with the service I decided to continue working with Damien for weekly maintenance. Overall, for someone who was feeling overwhelmed with the responsibility of owning a pool, working with Elite pool management has certainly eased my mind.

Always been very satisfied with the service I have received from Elite Pool Management. Been using them for years and never had a single issue with the pool. We actually have a little dog that likes to bark at him when he comes through the back gate and he has started to bring treats just to calm the dogs nerves. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Damien came the next day and quickly diagnosed the problems and showed me what was wrong (backwash valve stem needed replacement and a previous company did not put DE in the filter when they cleaned it). Definitely would use him again and recommend to others!

I have been working with Damien and his company Elite Pool Management for a couple of years now. He manages pool services for 2 of my properties, my personal residence and a rental property, and I could not be more satisfied. He is a solution based service vendor that offers excellent customer service. He does a great job of communicating with his customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top notch pool service that offers more than just chemicals and weekly cleaning. There has not been any issue that I have brought him that he has not been able to offer a solution for. He is the one maintenance vendor that you will never have to follow up on, or receive a complaint about!
