- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices range from $125 to $150 for very large pools. Most pools are $125 per month. Our once a week service includes brushing the walls and steps of pool, as well as skimming the surface and floor (when necessary). We also balance chemicals and inspect equipment for proper function.Our customers can also expect discounted pricing on services such as filter cleans,pool drains and even tile blasting.Please note that we do not offer bi-weekly service or one time clean outs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer may call, text, or e-mail us with a request for service any time. All we need is your name, number, and address and our tech will stop by as soon as possible (usually the same day). You do not need to be home for our initial service/inspection. We just need access to the backyard and aggressive animals should be secured. Non aggressive animals are fine to leave out and barkers are not a problem for our tech.
