I'm a 500-hour certified yoga instructor (RYT500, E-RYT200) who specializes in yoga parties (Bachlorette, Birthday, Bridal Shower yoga parties) and also private yoga instruction to athletes & all levels and to those who want to improve their overall range of motion and flexibility. I'm passionate about helping students discover themselves through yoga, introducing proper alignment, meditation/yoga nidra and bringing overall wellness. I have worked with professional athletes (LPGA/PGA golfers, NFL players) to brand new students who have never done yoga. All are welcome! Classes offered: private parties (Bachlorette, birthday, and fun girls night outs), private lessons, small groups, family yoga and corporate classes. I supply all mats (up to 35 students) and props (blocks, straps, blankets, pads, etc...) if needed; all yoga equipment is clean and of high quality. My out of town students love that all they have to do is show up! I am proud to have earned Top Pro Status with Thumbtack (only 3% of pros have top pro status). I also love working one-on-one or in small group classes to give attention to specific needs of a student. What I enjoy most is seeing tremendous improvements with my clients. I have students who could not balance without the support of a wall and could barely bend over. After a few lessons, they can stand on one foot without the wall and they are close to touching their toes. Yoga helps heal past injuries, relieves back pain and brings overall physical and mental wellness. I'm told by students quite often that yoga has changed their lives. I love being a part of that!

WE LOVE DONNA! I posted a request for a yoga/meditation teacher for my friend's bachelorette party (15 ladies). Within a few minutes, Donna reached out. After talking to her on the phone, I knew she would be a great fit. The week before the big day, I informed Donna that our plans had changed a little. Donna was SUPER flexible and helped us find a beautiful park to hold an outdoor yoga session so we could still be near the red rocks. We couldn't have asked for a better yoga/meditation session. As far as logistics, Donna was so prepared and had clean mats, blocks, and accessories for us to use. She had the best music and we felt comforted from the minute we stepped on our mats. There is something special about Donna's style of teaching. She connected with us immediately and guided us through one of the best practices we've all ever had. After the yoga session, Donna took time out of her day to help us find the most amazing picnic area, where we ended up going on a short hike. It was one of the best experiences! Donna is not just a yoga teacher. She became our friend and our spiritual guru throughout the session. We all wish she could have come back to Texas with us so we can practice with her on a regular basis! There really are not enough words to describe how much of an impact she had on us. We look forward to coming back to Arizona and meeting with her again!

Donna is a master at what she does, and she is SO fun and energetic. We searched for months looking for a yoga instructor that had high energy and would give our members an awesome experience! Today was our family's first session with Donna. We had a mixed class of adults (men and women) and children ranging from beginners to intermediate level. From the outset Donna wanted to understand our specific needs including specific injuries, medical conditions, goals such as mobility and flexibility. Donna has a very warm, personable temperament. This doubled with her experience and knowledge is very appealing. She is passionate about yoga and she creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where it is about your own individual practice based on strong foundations. We are all looking forward to practicing with Donna on a regular basis.

Pricing based on location, number of students, length of class (usually 1 hour classes) and how many lessons desired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am trained in all areas of yoga. I start with what the client is looking to accomplish (i.e. Gain flexibility & range of motion, learn proper alignment, rehab an injury, connect with self/present moment). I will observe the body and then begin a lesson plan based on what the client is looking to gain. If the client is looking for a yoga party I will ask a lot of questions and deliver a party that is fun and memorable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 500 hour certified yoga teacher (which is a master level certification). I received my training through Authentic Yoga Teacher Training at Dave's school of Astanga Yoga. I have additional training in yoga Nidra and yoga therapy/anatomy. I'm an experienced master level yoga teacher.
