#Lindy Adams is not available for ongoing classes outside of the Gilbert and surroundings areas. She is able to travel distances for one “one offs,” overnights and week longs. But consistent ongoing classes must be local. Hi, I’m Lindy Adams — a trauma-informed wellness practitioner offering grounding, restorative experiences that support nervous system balance, resilience, and deep relaxation. My work blends modalities such as yoga therapy, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, meditation/Yoga Nidra, and light therapy to help people reconnect with calm, safety, and embodiment. Sessions are gentle, adaptive, and welcoming to all bodies and neurotypes.
