My pricing is based on the scope of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new costumer is as follows. 1. Introduce myself via phone or email with the costumer. 2. Discuss the project in details. 3. Research with respective city agencies for the property zone and zoning information. 4. Set-up a free consultation with customer to further discuss the scope of project and provide a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started taking drafting classes in seventh grade. Graduated from Mount San Antonio College with an AS in architecture in 1983. Being working in the Architecture field since 1982 in different types of buildings (RESIDENTIAL; custom homes, remodels and addition., INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS: new buildings and additions, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS; new shopping centers and additions, RETAILS; Department stores and Supermarkets).
