** RAMON STANDS OUT ABOVE THEM ALL. ** I contacted three different firms about having some changes made to existing plans we have for our new mountain home. At our first meeting, Ramon just "felt" like the right one. He reviewed all of our concerns a second time to make sure they were correctly understood, which made me feel comfortable there would not be any surprises later. And his pricing was the best of the three. We have hired Ramon and just got our first preliminary drawings back this morning. I couldn't be happier! He even solved the only negative in the entire plans that I had struggled with for weeks. We can only suggest that if you have any architectural/drafting needs that you MUST give Ramon at SDDS a call.

My pricing is based on the scope of project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new costumer is as follows.
1. Introduce myself via phone or email with the costumer.
2. Discuss the project in details.
3. Research with respective city agencies for the property zone and zoning information.
4. Set-up a free consultation with customer to further discuss the scope of project and provide a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started taking drafting classes in seventh grade. Graduated from Mount San Antonio College with an AS in architecture in 1983. Being working in the Architecture field since 1982 in different types of buildings (RESIDENTIAL; custom homes, remodels and addition., INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS: new buildings and additions, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS; new shopping centers and additions, RETAILS; Department stores and Supermarkets).
