Introduction: I have been active all my life. I love what I do and I love teaching. I feel personal training is not only to help someone get into the best shape of their lives, but to pass education on to them so they can continue to be healthy and be an example for their families. I love watching people change their lives. That moment when it all clicks in a clients head is priceless! I enjoy when clients come to me and tell me how they are able to get back into jeans that they haven't had on in years. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insight that I have to my clients to not only help them in the short term but to give them the tools to continue their success for life and pass it on to others.

I am 46 yrs old and worked out many many years ago. I have recently decided to get back to working out after my wife joined a gym. I have always wanted yo use a trainer, but from wacthing them many years ago and how disengaged they are from there clients I always thought better of it. Since my wife joined her gym she hired a trainer and my thoughts were true. They were concerned more with money then helping her, but I still wanted someone to help me with my goals. After talking to a friend I was convinced and reffered to Michelle. Since that point my view on some trainers has changed. I have worked with Michelle several times now and found her to be incredible. She works with me and motivates me. She seems to care for her clients and is dedicated to them. From how to work out to what you eat, she does it all. She is a hard worker and will not let you fail. If you are serious about working out Michelle is the one for you. Be prepared to work, because she will work your tail off.

Michelle came highly recommended from a friend. My friend had been working with Michelle for a while and I have seen the amazing results in her! I have wanted to work out in a gym for some time but just wasn't sure of what I should be doing. Michelle has taken ALL of the guess work out of that for me. She is working with both my husband and myself; she provides us with daily workout plans, has set us on the right path nutrition wise. I have found her to be available any time we have a question. I found her prices to be more reasonable than those trainers offered by the gym and she is so much more available. I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle to anyone that needs a path to follow in regards to working out, fitness and nutrition. She's the one for sure!

Michelle is awesome!!! She pushed me hard every time but I still always found myself having a great time. My favorite trainer ever by far.

Amazing experience!! Michelle is very knowledgeable and pushes you to achieve your goals. She is very disciplined and always comes up with new routines. If you are serious about your physical goals, she's the trainer you need.

Michelle's workouts are fun and challenging at the same time. You WILL feel it after one of her sessions! Her knowledge of diet and nutrition is key combined with creative workouts...she rocks!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was in the medical field for many years. I wanted to take on a more Holistic approach to health and wellness. I went to school and received training for both Therapeutic Massage and Personal Training here in Phoenix at Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College. The two work hand in hand and gives me the ability to stand far apart from other trainers.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be sure that they fit what you want! Many trainers train clients the way they want to train themselves and that is not the right fit for everyone. Check certifications and take advantage of any intro sessions that may be at a reduced rate to give you a chance to met your trainer without paying a lot out of pocket.
