Ian helped me replace a 30 year old water heater, on the 2nd floor, up a narrow spiral staircase. Seems simple enough. Unfortunately, because it was so old and built into a corner closet with a low ceiling it required quite a bit of carpentry and plumbing work to modify the space for the new wider and taller water heater. I was pretty overwhelmed when I called Ian but he knew what to do to get the task done. Charged me a very fair rate and never got annoyed by me wanting to help or getting in his way.
