I had a pine bedroom set that worked in my farmhouse in WA. We moved to AZ and it DIDN'T work in my new house. It was in great condition and very well made. My husband commented that it would be nice if it could be refinished. I googled furniture refinishing and the Thumbtack site popped up. I inquired to 3 places. One never responded. The other one, ...I didn't get a good feeling about, and then there was Donna and A LIL TOUCH UP. She and her daughter and neice were DELIGHTFUL to work with. They got my vision for my bedroom set and all I can say is that it came out BETTER THAN I EVER DREAMED!!! I love the work they did. I loved working with them and I only wish there were 10 stars!

Donna did a beautiful job on my very old cabinets. We had a few glitches but they were remedied immediately. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I wish I knew how to post pictures of the before and after, you would be amazed! Highly recommend.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to Vonda Jessup Decorative Finishing Academy. I learned hundreds of finishes. From there I knew this was my passion.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Household cabinetry, changing from a natural wood or a white wash stain to a new more richer looking classic or rustic look. Front doors, changing from a natural wood to a more richer darker wood tone to better compliment the front of their house.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We restored all of the woodwork in the Florence Courthouse, Florence, Az. The wood was over 100 years old and without tearing it out and decreasing the history of the building, we were able to make it look grand.
