It's creepy having a rat in your attic! Paul at Desert Sky Pest Control responded quickly. Within hours I had an appointment right away. Their charges were VERY reasonable. It is not an easy job to get up in an attic and try to trap a rat. Shaun the serviceman was knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and on time. He listened to my input. He followed up and worked hard to solve my problem and I'm happy to say the rat is gone! It felt like a very personalized service. Thank you! Tracy
