Frank has cleaned my furniture twice now, every time was very good. Be sure to give as much information as you can regarding the size of the job so that it is quoted accurately and both parties are on the same page.

Frank is very knowledgeable about leather. We hired him to clean and condition a couch, loveseat, and chair with ottoman. The set was purchased in 2003, and had not been regularly cleaned/conditioned for at least five years. The leather was faded, dirty, and cracking in places. Frank did an excellent job at cleaning the leather. The only drawback was that there was some water dripping from the cleaning process, but Frank was very apologetic and realized the value of using blankets during the process for future work. We liked his work so much that we asked him to come back and re-dye the furniture in various areas where it was needed. The furniture looks great, and I will definitely call upon him again in the future.

We loved our service call and rugs cleaned wonderfully and two recliners and couch also! VERY happy! Will definitely have them back again! Also, he spent time teaching us about our carpet & furniture fabrics and how to best care for them.ð
