Frank is very knowledgeable about leather. We hired him to clean and condition a couch, loveseat, and chair with ottoman. The set was purchased in 2003, and had not been regularly cleaned/conditioned for at least five years. The leather was faded, dirty, and cracking in places. Frank did an excellent job at cleaning the leather. The only drawback was that there was some water dripping from the cleaning process, but Frank was very apologetic and realized the value of using blankets during the process for future work. We liked his work so much that we asked him to come back and re-dye the furniture in various areas where it was needed. The furniture looks great, and I will definitely call upon him again in the future.

Frank is like Picasso, Matisse and Duchamp together - expert for leather repair. Today he fixed our Natuzzi sofa and it looks great. Very honest and very sophisticated person. It was enjoyment meeting with him and looking his performance during repairing process. One more time - thank you Frank!

Loved the service!! My couch was looking pretty awful but Frank came in and salvaged what he could of my suede couch that hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. He did a great job and he worked with my schedule to get this done! I'm very pleased with how it came out.
